- When: Sunday, October 28th from 4 – 6 p.m.
- Where: OhioGuidestone Residential Foster Care & Treatment Campus, 202 East Bagley Road, Berea
- We’ll be in the Reinberger Chapel parking lot
- Check out the campus map for directions
- Who Can Volunteer: Must be 21 or older for this event
OhioGuidestone is asking volunteers with cars to be parked and ready – meaning all trunk decorations/set up completed – in the Chapel parking lot by 3:30 p.m. that day, so plan on arriving around 3 p.m. Please bring your own candy, no nuts, and remember – best trunk gets a prize!
OG also welcomes volunteers who want to come and assist with games and food, no decorated cars necessary, and ask them to arrive by 3:30. (Park nearby, outside of the main area with the cars for trunk or treat. There’s a side lot off the main Chapel lot, as well as parking outside of Gahn building.)
At 3:30, OG will do a brief rundown for new volunteers who haven’t volunteered with the Residential kids before.
How to Volunteer
Email Gretchen Swasey by October 18th with your name – and whether you’ll will be coming with a car for Trunk or Treat, or coming as a game/food volunteer. OG will send out final details ahead of the event to all who’ve signed up.
